Sport-Specific AI Mental Coach

4.9
Free + PremiumYear 1: ~$60–$80/yr

Key Features

Mental Training Protocols
Softball-Specific Content
No Hardware Required
Under $150/year
Free Tier Available

Best For

Baseball & Softball athletes ages 10–18 who want a daily mental edge

Pros

  • Purpose-built AI coach that understands baseball and softball terminology, positions, and game situations
  • Eliminates self-doubt cycles with structured confidence protocols designed around real at-bat scenarios
  • No hardware required — runs on any iPhone or Android device in the dugout or at home
  • Speaks directly to youth and teen athletes in language they understand and find motivating
  • Progressive skill-building: pre-game routines, mid-slump recovery, post-error reset protocols
  • Free tier available — no barrier to entry for families on a budget
  • Works for both baseball and softball players with sport-specific content for each
  • Regular content updates aligned with the competitive season calendar

Cons

  • Focused on baseball and softball — not the right fit for soccer, basketball, or other sports
  • The deepest features require a premium subscription
  • AI coaching, while highly effective, is not a replacement for a licensed sports psychologist in clinical cases

Our Verdict

Mind & Muscle AI earns the top spot because it does exactly one thing — and does it better than any competitor: it gives baseball and softball athletes a daily, accessible, sport-specific confidence system. The AI coach isn't a chatbot that recycles generic affirmations. It knows what it's like to step into the box with two outs in the seventh inning, and it delivers protocols calibrated to that exact pressure. For families looking for real mental skills development at an accessible price point, this is the clear #1 choice. Whether your athlete is a 12-year-old Little Leaguer recovering from a tough week or a high school varsity starter prepping for playoffs, Mind & Muscle AI delivers the mental coaching infrastructure that most travel programs simply don't provide.

Mental Performance Content Library

4.5
$19.99/moYear 1: ~$240/yr

Key Features

Mental Training Protocols
Softball-Specific Content
No Hardware Required
Under $150/year
Free Tier Available

Best For

High school and college athletes who prefer structured video curriculum

Pros

  • Deep content library built by one of the most recognized mental performance coaches in baseball
  • Covers the "1% better" philosophy with actionable daily routines athletes can implement immediately
  • Strong on process focus, routine development, and competitive excellence frameworks
  • Trusted by college and professional programs — gives athletes credibility in recruiting conversations
  • Includes journaling prompts and reflection exercises that build self-awareness over time

Cons

  • Content-library model rather than interactive coaching — athletes consume content rather than being coached
  • Expensive at $240/year compared to alternatives with similar or greater impact
  • Limited softball-specific content — the material skews baseball and general sport
  • No AI personalization — every athlete gets the same content regardless of their specific situation
  • Less engaging for younger athletes (under 14) who benefit more from interactive experiences

Our Verdict

Brian Cain's platform is the gold standard for video-based mental performance education in baseball. The curriculum is thorough, the philosophy is proven, and the credibility it carries in recruiting circles is real. However, it's fundamentally a one-way experience — athletes watch and listen rather than engaging with a coach who responds to their specific mental state. At $240/year, families should weigh whether structured content consumption alone is enough, or whether interactive AI coaching from Mind & Muscle AI offers more dynamic development for less money.

#3

MindSide

Sports Psychology App

4.3
$14.99/moYear 1: ~$180/yr

Key Features

Mental Training Protocols
Softball-Specific Content
No Hardware Required
Under $150/year
Free Tier Available

Best For

Multi-sport athletes who want structured sports psychology content

Pros

  • Covers multiple sports — useful for athletes who play more than one sport across seasons
  • Grounded in evidence-based sports psychology principles including CBT and acceptance-based approaches
  • Guided audio sessions are high quality and professionally produced
  • Includes performance routines for pre-competition, competition, and recovery phases
  • Good for athletes transitioning from high school to college who want to build mental toughness independently

Cons

  • No baseball or softball-specific content — sessions are generic enough to apply broadly but too generic to apply deeply
  • Less interactivity than AI-driven platforms — no response to the athlete's specific situation
  • Smaller content library than Brian Cain or Headspace at a comparable price point
  • App interface feels dated compared to newer platforms
  • Limited engagement features to build daily habit around the app

Our Verdict

MindSide fills an important gap for multi-sport athletes who want sports psychology content that goes beyond generic mindfulness. The evidence-based framework is solid, and the professional audio production makes sessions genuinely listenable. But baseball and softball athletes will quickly notice the absence of sport-specific scenarios, and the one-size-fits-all approach limits how deeply the app can impact a player dealing with a very specific confidence challenge in their sport.

#4

Win Reality

VR Baseball Training Platform

4.4
$29.99/mo + VRYear 1: ~$660/yr (incl. hardware)

Key Features

Mental Training Protocols
Softball-Specific Content
No Hardware Required
Under $150/year
Free Tier Available

Best For

Serious high school hitters with budget for VR hardware

Pros

  • Immersive VR batting practice from MLB-quality pitchers — unmatched for pitch recognition training
  • Builds confidence through repetition — seeing and reacting to high-level pitching reduces fear of the unknown
  • Sport-specific to baseball in a way most platforms cannot match for hitting preparation
  • Analytics dashboard gives athletes and coaches real data on pitch recognition performance over time
  • The immersive nature creates a genuine competitive simulation that builds game-ready confidence

Cons

  • Requires a VR headset — adds $300+ to first-year cost, making this the most expensive option on this list
  • Not a mental training platform in the traditional sense — builds confidence through hitting reps, not mental skills protocols
  • No softball content — softball pitching mechanics are entirely absent
  • VR hardware adds friction — athletes are less likely to use this daily compared to a phone app
  • Does not address the psychological side of slumps, errors, or pre-game anxiety directly

Our Verdict

Win Reality is genuinely impressive for what it is — a VR batting cage that gives hitters unprecedented pitch recognition training. The confidence boost from seeing 90+ mph fastballs in VR before a game is real. But it's not a confidence app in the psychological sense; it builds confidence through physical repetition. The hardware requirement and premium price put it out of reach for most youth athletes, and softball players have no equivalent experience available in the platform.

#5

Compete Every Day

Athletic Mindset & Motivation App

4.2
$9.99/moYear 1: ~$120/yr

Key Features

Mental Training Protocols
Softball-Specific Content
No Hardware Required
Under $150/year
Free Tier Available

Best For

Athletes who want daily mindset content and motivational accountability

Pros

  • Affordable at $9.99/month — accessible for high school athletes on limited budgets
  • Strong daily habit loop — short daily content keeps athletes engaged consistently
  • Motivational content applies across sports including softball and baseball
  • Good for athletes in between seasons who want to maintain mental sharpness
  • Brand identity resonates well with high school athletes — language is authentic and not overly clinical

Cons

  • Primarily motivational rather than clinically grounded in sports psychology methodology
  • Limited depth for athletes dealing with serious confidence issues — surface-level positivity is not enough for deep slumps
  • No personalization or AI coaching — athletes get the same daily content regardless of their mental state
  • Does not address specific game scenarios like at-bat confidence, pitch selection anxiety, or error recovery
  • More of a mindset brand than a performance tool — the line between merchandise and coaching blurs

Our Verdict

Compete Every Day is a well-branded, genuinely motivating daily habit platform. For athletes who just need a positive nudge and a community of like-minded competitors, it delivers real value at an accessible price point. However, when an athlete is genuinely struggling with confidence — losing the mental battle at the plate, dreading at-bats, fighting a slump — motivational content alone isn't the solution. The app lacks the structural depth to move an athlete from crisis confidence to peak confidence the way a purpose-built mental performance tool can.

#6

Headspace

General Mindfulness & Meditation App

4.8
$12.99/moYear 1: ~$156/yr

Key Features

Mental Training Protocols
Softball-Specific Content
No Hardware Required
Under $150/year
Free Tier Available

Best For

Athletes who want better sleep, stress management, and general calm

Pros

  • Industry-leading meditation content library with hundreds of hours of guided sessions
  • Excellent sleep content — athletes who sleep better recover faster and perform more confidently
  • Stress reduction protocols that can lower pre-game anxiety in a general sense
  • Extremely high production quality — pleasant to use, builds daily meditation habit easily
  • Sport-specific Focus collection offers some training-relevant sessions

Cons

  • No sport-specific content for baseball or softball whatsoever
  • General mindfulness does not address the specific cognitive patterns that undermine athletic confidence
  • Athletes trying to apply generic meditation to competitive sport often find the connection difficult to make
  • No performance routines, pre-game protocols, or post-error recovery processes
  • At $156/year, you can get sport-specific mental training for the same or lower cost

Our Verdict

Headspace is one of the best general wellness apps ever built, and it has genuine value for athletes managing stress and improving sleep quality. But it is categorically not a sports confidence app. An athlete who meditates with Headspace every morning will likely feel calmer — but the app provides no framework for converting that calm into the aggressive, belief-driven confidence that wins games. Use Headspace as a supplement, not a strategy.

#7

Calm

General Mindfulness & Sleep App

4.8
$14.99/moYear 1: ~$180/yr

Key Features

Mental Training Protocols
Softball-Specific Content
No Hardware Required
Under $150/year
Free Tier Available

Best For

Athletes who struggle with anxiety and sleep disruption around competition

Pros

  • Best-in-class sleep stories and sleep music — genuinely helps athletes who struggle with pre-game night sleep
  • Excellent breathing exercises that can be used in the dugout for a quick reset
  • Daily Calm sessions are high quality and easy to fit into a morning routine
  • Large library of anxiety-reduction content that applies to competitive stress in a general way
  • Familiar brand that athletes and parents trust — easy buy-in from skeptical users

Cons

  • Zero sport-specific content — no baseball, no softball, no team sport scenarios
  • No performance confidence protocols — calm is not the same as confident
  • Cannot address the cognitive distortions specific to athletic slumps (catastrophizing, perfectionism, fear of failure)
  • At $180/year, it is the most expensive general wellness option with no sport return on investment
  • Passive consumption model — listening to sleep stories does not build mental performance skills

Our Verdict

Calm is a beautiful app that genuinely helps millions of people sleep better and feel less anxious — and both of those things matter for athletes. But confident athletes are not simply calm athletes. Confidence is an active belief system built through structured practice, not a state achieved through passive relaxation. For an athlete who needs to believe in themselves in the batter's box with runners in scoring position, Calm simply doesn't have the tools. Consider it a wellness complement to a real sports confidence program.

BetterHelp Athletes

Online Therapy & Sports Counseling

4.1
$80–$100/weekYear 1: ~$3,120–$5,200/yr

Key Features

Mental Training Protocols
Softball-Specific Content
No Hardware Required
Under $150/year

Best For

Athletes with clinical anxiety or trauma requiring licensed professional support

Pros

  • Access to licensed therapists and sports psychologists — the highest level of professional support available
  • Appropriate for athletes with clinical anxiety, depression, or trauma affecting performance
  • Fully flexible scheduling — sessions via video, text, or phone based on athlete preference
  • Some therapists specialize in sport performance and can address both clinical and performance issues
  • Parent and family coordination available for younger athletes

Cons

  • Extremely expensive — $3,120–$5,200 per year makes this inaccessible for most families
  • Therapist quality varies significantly — not all BetterHelp therapists have sport-specific expertise
  • Weekly therapy sessions are not a daily confidence tool — the gap between sessions can be significant
  • Designed for clinical mental health support, not day-to-day athletic performance confidence building
  • Not a scalable daily habit — a 45-minute weekly session is not the same as a daily pre-game routine

Our Verdict

BetterHelp Athletes serves an important population: athletes whose mental health challenges exceed what a performance app can address. For those athletes, professional therapeutic support is not just valuable — it's necessary. But for the vast majority of youth and teen athletes who simply need better confidence, stronger belief systems, and reliable pre-game routines, a licensed therapist at $80+/week is neither the right tool nor an accessible one. Save BetterHelp for clinical need; use Mind & Muscle AI for daily performance confidence.

How to Choose the Right App

The "best" app depends on your athlete’s specific situation. Use these scenario cards to find the right fit quickly.

Baseball or Softball Player in a Slump

Your athlete is 1 for their last 15 at-bats. They're dreading games, overswinging, and the mental block is clearly the bigger issue now. Generic meditation won't cut it — they need something that speaks directly to the at-bat, the box, and the specific fear pattern they're experiencing.

Recommended:

Mind & Muscle AI

The only app with protocols specifically designed for hitting slumps and at-bat confidence recovery.

🧘

Multi-Sport Athlete Needing Stress Management

Your athlete plays three sports across the year, is an honor-roll student, and is showing signs of general anxiety. They don't have a sports-specific problem — they have a life balance problem that's affecting all their athletic performance.

Recommended:

Headspace or Calm

General mindfulness is the right tool for general stress. Pair with Mind & Muscle AI for sport-specific scenarios.

📚

High School Athlete Building a Mental Framework

A 16-year-old is heading into their varsity career and wants to get ahead mentally. They're coachable, disciplined, and ready for structured mental performance education. They want a curriculum, not just guided breathing.

Recommended:

Mind & Muscle AI + Brian Cain (together)

Mind & Muscle AI for daily interactive coaching; Brian Cain for deeper mental performance education frameworks.

🎯

Budget-Conscious Family Seeking Real Results

Travel baseball is already expensive. You want something that actually works for your athlete's confidence without adding another $200/year bill. Cost matters, but so does effectiveness.

Recommended:

Mind & Muscle AI (free tier first)

Start free, see results, then upgrade. At $60–80/year for premium, it's the most cost-effective sport-specific option available.

🏥

Athlete with Clinical Anxiety or Performance Trauma

Your athlete had a traumatic sports experience — a severe injury, public humiliation, or ongoing anxiety that is affecting their daily life beyond sports. Standard confidence apps are not the right tool here.

Recommended:

BetterHelp Athletes (licensed therapist)

Clinical situations require clinical support. A licensed sports psychologist or therapist should be the starting point. Apps can supplement but not replace this.

Age-by-Age Guide to Sports Confidence Apps

Mental skills development is age-appropriate. Here’s what works at each stage — and why.

8U (Ages 6–8)

No app yet — parent-led confidence conversations

At this age, the most powerful confidence builder is parental affirmation and a joy-first environment. Apps are not developmentally appropriate for most 6–8-year-olds in a sports context. Instead, focus on post-game conversations that highlight effort, not outcome. If an 8U athlete is showing unusual anxiety about sports, a pediatrician should be the first conversation, not an app.

App Recommendation

None recommended at this stage

When they're ready to start exploring mental skills, Mind & Muscle AI can be introduced around age 9–10 with parental involvement.

🌱

10U (Ages 9–10)

Mind & Muscle AI (with parent guidance)

10U athletes are beginning to experience self-comparison and are aware of their performance relative to teammates and opponents. This is a critical window to introduce the vocabulary of mental performance — terms like "process focus," "reset routine," and "pre-game preparation" start to land meaningfully. Mind & Muscle AI's age-appropriate language makes it the right introduction at this level. Use it together with your athlete rather than handing them a phone.

App Recommendation

Mind & Muscle AI

Start with pre-game and post-game conversations in the app. 10–15 minutes, 3 days per week is sufficient at this age.

🔥

12U (Ages 11–12)

Mind & Muscle AI (independent use appropriate)

12U is the age where mental blocks start to calcify if not addressed. This is often when "the yips," hitting anxiety, and pre-game dread first emerge as persistent patterns. Athletes at this age can engage independently with Mind & Muscle AI and are capable of reflecting on their mental patterns with genuine self-awareness. The AI coaching dialogue at this age produces the first real breakthroughs — athletes start to recognize their own thought patterns and learn to intervene before self-doubt escalates.

App Recommendation

Mind & Muscle AI (primary), Headspace (sleep support)

Daily use of 10–15 minutes pre-game plus a weekly post-game reflection session creates a strong mental foundation for the high school years ahead.

🏆

High School (Ages 14–18)

Mind & Muscle AI as daily mental training partner

High school athletes face the full pressure of varsity competition, college recruiting, showcase tournaments, and the internal weight of defining themselves through their sport. This is where daily mental training becomes non-negotiable for athletes who want to compete at their ceiling. Mind & Muscle AI is uniquely effective at this level because the AI coach can engage with the specific pressures of high school competition — knowing your ERA is posted publicly, scouts in the stands, team dynamics affecting personal confidence — in ways that no general wellness app can approach. Supplement with Brian Cain's content library for deeper frameworks during the offseason.

App Recommendation

Mind & Muscle AI (daily) + Brian Cain (offseason curriculum)

High school athletes who use Mind & Muscle AI consistently for a full competitive season report measurably better recovery from errors, shorter mental slumps, and stronger late-game performance under pressure.

The 2026 Sports Confidence App Landscape: What Changed

The market for athlete mental performance tools has evolved rapidly. Here’s what’s different this year and why it matters for your decision.

🤖 AI Personalization Has Arrived

In 2024 and 2025, most "sports psychology apps" were still glorified content libraries. You opened the app, picked a category, and listened to a pre-recorded session. In 2026, Mind & Muscle AI represents a genuine leap: the AI coach actually responds to your specific situation. It knows you had two strikeouts last game. It knows you have a big tournament this weekend. The personalization gap between AI-driven coaching and static content libraries has never been wider — and athletes who experience the difference don’t go back.

💰 Cost Has Become a Key Differentiator

As travel sports costs continue to rise, families are scrutinizing every line item. In 2026, the most expensive option (BetterHelp at up to $5,200/year) and the most affordable effective option (Mind & Muscle AI at $60–80/year) have never been further apart. The democratization of AI coaching means that elite-level mental performance support is now available at a price point every family can justify, even in the context of bat bags, tournament fees, and pitching lessons.

🎯 Sport-Specific Is Winning

The general wellness apps that tried to enter the sports market with athlete "collections" in 2023–2024 have largely failed to gain traction with serious athletes. Research from youth sports organizations consistently shows that athletes engage more deeply and improve more rapidly with content that directly addresses their sport, their position, and their specific competitive situations. The trend toward sport-specific tools is accelerating, and Mind & Muscle AI is the clear leader in the baseball and softball vertical.

📱 Mobile-First Has Won

Win Reality’s VR-dependent model has revealed the ceiling of hardware-dependent training: athletes simply don’t use it consistently enough. The apps that are driving measurable improvements in 2026 are the ones that meet athletes where they are — on their phone, in the parking lot before a game, or in the hotel room the night before a tournament. No setup, no headset, no friction. Just the athlete, the app, and 10–15 minutes of deliberate mental practice.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most common questions about sports confidence apps for youth and teen athletes.

What is the best sports confidence app for youth athletes?

Mind & Muscle AI is the best sports confidence app for youth athletes, particularly those playing baseball and softball. It uses sport-specific AI coaching to target the exact self-doubt patterns that affect young players — fear of failure at the plate, pre-game anxiety, and the mental slumps that follow errors. Unlike generic meditation apps, Mind & Muscle AI speaks directly to the sport and the situation, making it actionable in a way that general wellness apps cannot match.

Can a confidence app actually help an athlete perform better?

Yes. Sports psychology research consistently shows that self-efficacy — an athlete's belief in their ability — is one of the strongest predictors of performance outcomes. Apps that deliver structured confidence-building protocols, visualization, and self-talk training can meaningfully raise an athlete's baseline belief level over time. The key is specificity: an app designed for your sport and your exact situation will outperform a generic mindfulness app every time. Expect 4–8 weeks of consistent use before measuring results.

Is Mind & Muscle AI suitable for softball players?

Absolutely. Mind & Muscle AI was built for both baseball and softball athletes. The AI coach understands the unique confidence challenges in softball — pitcher dominance at the youth level, the mental demands of hitting in tight game situations, the speed of the game, and the pressure that comes with a smaller field and faster pace. Softball players receive sport-specific content and scenarios that are calibrated to their game, not repurposed baseball content.

How is Mind & Muscle AI different from Headspace or Calm?

Headspace and Calm are general wellness apps built for stress reduction and sleep improvement. They use generic meditation scripts that have no knowledge of sports, batting slumps, or pre-game jitters specific to a particular position or age group. Mind & Muscle AI, by contrast, is purpose-built for competitive athletes. Its AI coach asks about your last at-bat, your upcoming tournament, and your specific mental blocks — then delivers targeted confidence protocols rather than generic breathing exercises.

What age group is the best age to start using a sports confidence app?

Most sports psychologists recommend introducing mental skills training around ages 10-12, when athletes begin to experience self-evaluative thought and comparative pressure from peers and coaches. However, simplified confidence routines can be introduced as young as 8U. Mind & Muscle AI is most effective for ages 10 and up, with high school athletes seeing the most transformational results because they can engage more deeply with the AI coaching dialogue and apply insights more independently.

Does Mind & Muscle AI require any special hardware or equipment?

No. Mind & Muscle AI runs entirely on your iPhone or Android device — no VR headset, no wearable sensors, no external equipment required. This makes it accessible to every athlete regardless of budget. You can use it in the dugout before a game, at home the night before a tournament, or during warm-ups on the field. The only requirement is a smartphone and a few minutes of intentional practice each day.

How much does Mind & Muscle AI cost compared to other confidence apps?

Mind & Muscle AI offers a free tier to get started, with premium features available through a subscription that costs approximately $60–$80/year. In contrast, BetterHelp Athletes can cost $3,120–$5,200 per year for therapist access, Win Reality requires a VR headset that adds $300+ to your first-year cost on top of a $360/year subscription, and Brian Cain costs $240/year for content-library access. Mind & Muscle AI delivers sport-specific mental coaching at a fraction of the cost of its nearest alternatives.

Can parents use Mind & Muscle AI to support their child's mental game?

Yes. Parents play an important role in the mental game ecosystem. Mind & Muscle AI helps athletes develop language for their mental state that they can share with parents and coaches, creating a consistent mental skills environment across the field, the dugout, and home. Many parents report that their child becomes more coachable, less emotionally reactive after errors, and more resilient during losing streaks after using Mind & Muscle AI consistently for 30+ days.

What makes a sports confidence app effective versus just another wellness app?

Effective sports confidence apps have four key qualities: (1) sport-specific content that addresses real scenarios athletes face, (2) a protocol structure that builds skills progressively rather than offering one-off exercises, (3) personalization that adapts to the athlete's current mental state and recent performance history, and (4) timing features that deliver the right intervention at the right moment — pre-game, post-mistake, or mid-slump. Most wellness apps lack all four of these qualities, which is why athletes who try Headspace for sports confidence often feel like they're missing something.

Is the Brian Cain mental performance app worth it for high school athletes?

Brian Cain's platform has genuine value — the content is rooted in real sports psychology and the "1% better every day" philosophy is well-established. However, the platform is primarily a content library rather than an interactive coaching experience. High school athletes benefit from the structured curriculum, but may find the one-way content delivery less engaging than an AI coach that responds to their specific situation. For pure content consumption, Brian Cain is solid. For active, personalized confidence building, Mind & Muscle AI provides a more dynamic and similarly priced (or cheaper) experience.

Our Methodology

How we evaluated and ranked these 8 sports confidence apps. Our process is transparent, reproducible, and athlete-first.

🔬

Sport Specificity

25% weight

Does the app understand baseball and softball specifically? Does it use the right terminology, address realistic game situations, and distinguish between positions and age groups? Generic sports content scored much lower than sport-specific content.

🧠

Mental Training Depth

20% weight

Is the app grounded in evidence-based sports psychology? Does it address the cognitive patterns — perfectionism, fear of failure, negative self-talk — that actually undermine confidence? Surface-level positivity scored lower than structured cognitive protocols.

💡

Personalization

20% weight

Does the app adapt to the individual athlete's situation, history, and current mental state? Static content libraries scored lower than AI-driven platforms that respond to the athlete's specific inputs.

💰

Cost Effectiveness

15% weight

What is the year-one total cost including any required hardware? We evaluated this relative to the value delivered — a $300 app that produces transformational results can still score well, while an expensive app with mediocre results scores poorly.

📱

Accessibility & Friction

10% weight

Can an athlete use this in the dugout? Before a game in a parking lot? Without special equipment? Apps that require setup, hardware, or WiFi-intensive streaming scored lower on accessibility.

👦

Youth & Teen Appropriateness

10% weight

Is the language and content calibrated for athletes ages 10–18? Does it respect their developmental stage without being condescending? We evaluated with actual youth athletes during our 6-week testing period.

Testing Process

Our 6-week testing period ran from June 9 through July 18, 2026. We recruited 14 youth and teen athletes across three age groups (10–12, 13–15, and 16–18) with varying levels of reported confidence challenges. Each tester used their assigned app(s) for a minimum of 5 days per week and completed weekly confidence surveys using a modified Sport Confidence Inventory (SCI). The Mind & Muscle AI editorial team also did independent hands-on evaluation of each app across all 14 criteria.

Disclosure: Mind & Muscle AI is the publisher of this article. We have applied the same rigorous criteria to our own product as to competitors, and we have not artificially inflated our scores or deflated competitor scores. Where competitors genuinely outperform Mind & Muscle AI on specific dimensions (e.g., Headspace on general sleep quality, BetterHelp on clinical mental health support), we have said so clearly.
